Tough 1500 Resin is the most resilient material in Formlabs' functional family of Tough and Durable Resins, and is also evaluated and certifiied for skin contact safety in accordance with ISO 10993-1. Choose Tough 1500 Resin for stiff and pliable parts that bend and spring back quickly, as well as parts requiring extended skin contact applications such as wearables, personal protective equipment, and other consumer goods.

Clear Resin V5 produces transparent, colorless parts that can be polished to near-optical transparency. Create stiff, robust pieces with a smooth surface gloss comparable to acrylic. BioMed Flex 80A Resin is a firm, flexible, medical-grade material for applications requiring durability, biocompatibility, and transparency

BioMed Elastic 50A Resin is a soft, elastic, medical-grade material for applications requiring comfort, biocompatibility, and transparency.

Alumina 4N Resin is a high-density and high-purity technical ceramic resin. Thermally resistant, hard, abrasion resistant, mechanically strong, and chemically inert.

Please Note: Requires printing with Form 3 Build Platform 2. Also requires a wash in Ceramic Wash Solution.

Alumina 4N Resin has a total shelf life of 3 months at room temperature. Refrigerating resin (at -10–4 °C) can add up to 12 months of additional shelf life.

BioMed Durable Resin is a clear 3D printing material for biocompatible applications requiring impact, shatter, and abrasion resistance. This USP Class VI material can be used in applications for long-term skin and short-term tissue, bone, and dentin contact (<24 hours).

Requires Form 2, Form 3B, or Form 3BL for printing.

Flame Retardant Resin is ideal for printing heat-resistant, stiff, and flame-retardant parts. Self-extinguishing and halogen-free with a UL 94 V-0 certification. Compatible with Form 3, 3B, 3L and 3BL printers.

With high elongation and superior tear strength, Formlabs' TPU 90A Powder is suitable for functional prototypes or durable end-use parts. Fully compatible with the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W.

Get the best of nylon and carbon fiber all in one high-performance material, perfect for end-use applications that require both superior stiffness and strength. Choose Formlabs Nylon 11 CF Powder to produce lightweight, rigid parts that remain structurally and thermally stable and can sustain repeated impact.

For use with Fuse 1+ 30W Printer system only, requires Fuse Sift 300 Micron Sieve.

PU Rigid 1000 is a semi-rigid and tough polyurethane-based material with similar properties to Tough 1500 Resin that can handle high impacts and harsh environments repeatedly. Requires additional pre-print/post-processing steps.

Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns (printer dependent). Post-curing required. Requires Resin Tank LT for Form 2.

BioMed Black is a rigid material with a matte finish for biocompatible applications requiring long-term skin contact or short-term mucosal membrane contact. Parts printed with BioMed Black Resin are compatible with common solvent disinfection and sterilization methods. BioMed Black Resin is manufactured in an ISO 13485 facility and is also USP Class VI certified which makes it suitable for pharmaceutical and drug delivery applications.

Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns (printer dependent). Post-curing required. Requires Resin Tank LT for Form 2. 

BioMed White Resin is a rigid material for biocompatible applications requiring long-term skin contact or short-term mucosal membrane contact. Unique in the Formlabs portfolio, this medical-grade material is also USP <151> Pyrogen and Acute Systemic toxicity tested and can be used in applications with short-term tissue, bone, and dentin contact. It's also USP Class VI certified which makes it suitable for pharmaceutical and drug delivery applications. Requires Form 2, Form 3B(+), or Form 3BL for printing.

Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns (printer dependent). Post-curing required. Requires Resin Tank LT for Form 2. 

A glass-filled material with enhanced stiffness and heat resistance to endure demanding manufacturing conditions, Nylon 12 GF Powder is ideal for parts where structural rigidity and thermal stability are critical.

For use with Fuse 1 Printer, shelf life 24 Months, media blasting required for post-processing.
