Tough 1000 Resin is a durable, impact-resistant material offering strength, stiffness, and toughness comparable to high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It’s engineered for excellent wear and fatigue resistance, ensuring long-term durability and performance.

True Cast Resin is a wax-filled material engineered for precision casting, ideal for everything from intricate jewelry to complex engineering components up to 5 mm thick. It produces highly accurate parts with fine detail and smooth surface finishes.

Grey Resin V4.1 is compatible with Form 3 Series printers and offers improved toughness compared to Grey Resin V4, making it even more durable for a wide range of applications.

Tough 1500 Resin is a durable, skin-safe material with strength and stiffness comparable to polypropylene (PP).

Ideal for creating stiff yet pliable parts, it bends and springs back quickly, making it perfect for prototypes that require repeated flexing, as well as jigs and fixtures designed for frequent deflection.

Certified safe for skin contact, Tough 1500 Resin is well-suited for wearables, personal protective equipment, and consumer products.

Tough 1500 Resin V2 offers an enhanced formulation with 10 times higher fracture toughness, optimized for Form 4 printers.

Loctite 3D 3843 Resin is a high performance, high modulus material that boasts excellent flexural and tensile physical properties with a relatively high degree of elongation. Loctite 3843 displays high green strength and excellent heat deflection temperature, enabling it to print accurately and function in a wide variety of applications.

Compatible with Nexa XiP, XiP Pro and NXE printers. Loctite 3D IND405 High Elongation Resin is a strong, high-impact-resistant resin with an excellent surface finish. This highly durable material is ideal for applications like tool production, manufacturing aids, and final parts.

BioMed White Resin is a rigid material for biocompatible applications requiring long-term skin contact or short-term mucosal membrane contact. Unique in the Formlabs portfolio, this medical-grade material is also USP <151> Pyrogen and Acute Systemic toxicity tested and can be used in applications with short-term tissue, bone, and dentin contact. It's also USP Class VI certified which makes it suitable for pharmaceutical and drug delivery applications.

Supports print resolutions of 100 microns.

Alumina 4N Resin is a high-density and high-purity technical ceramic resin. Thermally resistant, hard, abrasion resistant, mechanically strong, and chemically inert.

Please Note: Requires Ceramic Wash Solution.

Alumina 4N Resin has a total shelf life of 3 months at room temperature. Refrigerating resin (at -10–4 °C) can add up to 12 months of additional shelf life.

BioMed Elastic 50A Resin is a soft, elastic, medical-grade material for applications requiring comfort, biocompatibility, and transparency. This ISO 10993 and USP Class VI certified material is made in an FDA-registered, ISO 13485 facility and can be used in applications for long-term skin contact (>30 days), and short-term mucosal membrane contact (<24 hours).

BioMed Black is a rigid material with a matte finish for biocompatible applications requiring long-term skin contact or short-term mucosal membrane contact. Parts printed with BioMed Black Resin are compatible with common solvent disinfection and sterilization methods. BioMed Black Resin is manufactured in an ISO 13485 facility and is also USP Class VI certified which makes it suitable for pharmaceutical and drug delivery applications. Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns.

BioMed Amber v1 Resin is a strong, stiff material for biocompatible applications requiring short-term skin or mucosal membrane contact. Parts printed with BioMed Amber Resin are compatible with common solvent disinfection and sterilization methods. Requires Form 2, Form 3B, or Form 3BL for printing. Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns (printer dependent). Post-curing required.
